David Harris did a lot of flying in GXV when it was at Southern Downs Aero and Soaring Club - before it moved to DDSC in Queensland, Australia several years ago. (He's flown several gliders and still maintain that the cirrus was the nicest of them all.)
Dennis Lambert <Denis Lambert [d1011007@mail.connect.usq.edu.au>of DDSC reports that the aircraft was recently flown on its first 300km flight from their club by one of our newer pilots on his first 300km attempt.
