This Cirrus was built in 1976 and delivered on September 28, 1976 to a German buyer.. 

It now flies almost every Saturday during the flying season.  The current owner bought the plane in Germany about 3 years ago.  In the Netherlands where he lives it is allowed to fly glider planes with German registration, so he left the original registration (D-7744) on the plane.

The owner of this plane flew his 500km and last year (2000), and won the yearly club glider competition with it.
